Vanillas of the World was born from a simple belief: the world's finest vanilla comes from small family farms, and those farmers deserve consistent markets and fair prices.
Jones & Co. Inc. didn't start as just another vanilla supplier. We started as vanilla enthusiasts who traveled, incorporated vanilla from every origin we could find into various recipes, and realized something was missing in the market.
Most vanilla companies offer a handful of origins — usually Madagascar, Indonesia, Uganda, Papua New Guinea, Mexico and maybe Tahiti. We asked: what about the rest of the world? And, what about all those variations in aromas?! There are so many incredible vanillas, such as Bahiana beans from Brazil, the complex Pompona from Peru, the unique Cribbiana from Guatemala, the delicate Odorata from Ecuador, or the bold vanillin crystal covered Planifolia from New Caledonia?
That question led us to build relationships with vanilla farmers and curers in over 40 countries. We've visited some of their farms, tasted their harvests, and committed to buying their vanilla year after year — giving them the consistent market access that makes sustainable farming possible.
Today, we offer more vanilla origins and species than any other supplier in the world. Every vanilla bean tells a story of its terroir: the soil, the rainfall, the altitude, the shade, and the expert hands that pollinated, tended, harvested, and cured it.

Our southwest Idaho facility maintains extensive inventory across all origins and product types — ensuring we can fulfill orders within same day to 48 hours.
